From the railway station Part-Dieu to the university (about 15 minutes):

First of all, if you come from the shuttle Rhonexpress, you have to go through the Railway station, from the "Alpes" exit to the "Rhône" exit. Then take the tramway line T1 to "La Doua, IUT Feyssine". Stop at the "IUT Feyssine" station and the building is next to the station. Here is a picture.
