Practical information

For organizational purposes, all participants are kindly requested to inform the organizers
by 3 october 2014.

Detailed information is available on how to reach the İMBM at this page . The hotel is located
on the way to the İMBM. If you are on a bus indicated in the instructions, it suffices to get off
at the stop Akmerkez. If you are on a taxi, it should suffice to mention that you want to go to
"Etiler Turizm Meslek Lisesi, Uygulama Oteli". You may find it useful to specify that it is on
the Nispetiye Street ( "Nispetiye Caddesi" ) at Etiler. At this page you can find some information
and a map of the neighborhood. If you click on the map and slide east/northeast you will see
"Boğaziçi Ünv". You are not far from the campus.

Student support

There will be limited funding available for Ph.D. students, which should cover the four
conference nights in a double room in Etiler Uygulama Oteli. Due to budget constraints,
the support may be partial.

To apply, please send an email to Tuna Altınel including your affiliation and research interests,
and ask your thesis advisor to send an email to Tuna Altınel explaining (in a few lines)
how you will benefit from the workshop. The deadline for application for funding is 12 September 2014.
