I am a PhD student in Mathematics and Computing @ Institut Camille Jordan.

My work is mainly focused on an extension of open quantum random walks, an extension that encompasses and connects the two types of quantum walks known to date: the unitary quantum and open quantum walks. This extension, called "Coarse graining open quantum walks", allows to establish a interpolation between these two walks with very different behaviours. In the context of this interpolation, new behaviors seem to appear, with distributions asymptotic of a new kind.
