o There are still valid input files for which tetra can not produce a
valid mesh.  If you come across one of these, please send it to
cfog@mech.ubc.ca so that we can continue to make the code more
robust.

o When reading files for mesh improvement, not all complete topology
specifications are properly supported.  Fixing this will require a major
overhaul of mesh file input.

o The automatic I/O generation lex files do not work properly with some
ancient versions of lex (especially AT&T compatible lex's).  I can't
isolate what the problem is precisely.  However, other versions of lex
which are POSIX-compliant or nearly so, including in particular gnu
flex, have no complaints about the input.
