{"id":181,"date":"2023-05-17T14:28:06","date_gmt":"2023-05-17T12:28:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/web1-math.univ-lyon1.fr\/wpinterneticj\/?page_id=181"},"modified":"2026-01-14T22:46:07","modified_gmt":"2026-01-14T21:46:07","slug":"modelisation-mathematique-calcul-scientifique","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/math.univ-lyon1.fr\/icj\/modelisation-mathematique-calcul-scientifique\/","title":{"rendered":"Mod\u00e9lisation math\u00e9matique, calcul scientifique"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Les recherches men\u00e9es au sein de l\u2019\u00e9quipe <em>Mod\u00e9lisation math\u00e9matique et calcul scientifique<\/em> (MMCS) rel\u00e8vent des math\u00e9matiques appliqu\u00e9es et de leurs interactions, avec pour objectif la compr\u00e9hension des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes par la mod\u00e9lisation, l\u2019analyse math\u00e9matique et num\u00e9rique, et la d\u00e9finition d\u2019algorithmes efficaces pour la simulation sur ordinateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une classification approximative des activit\u00e9s scientifiques de l\u2019\u00e9quipe MMCS pourrait se faire selon les six macro-th\u00e9matiques suivantes <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les math\u00e9matiques pour la biologie et les sciences du vivant  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La mod\u00e9lisation physique appliqu\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019analyse des \u00e9quations aux d\u00e9riv\u00e9es partielles, notamment en m\u00e9canique des fluides <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les probl\u00e8mes variationnels et l&rsquo;optimisation appliqu\u00e9s aux traitement des images, des donn\u00e9es, et \u00e0 l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le transport optimal et ses applications <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019analyse num\u00e9rique et le calcul scientifique<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Activit\u00e9s collectives<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le s\u00e9minaire <a href=\"https:\/\/math.univ-lyon1.fr\/wikis\/seminaire-mmcs\/doku.php\">Mod\u00e9lisation, Analyse, et Calcul Scientifique<\/a> est le s\u00e9minaire d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe, actuellement organis\u00e9 par A. Duran et M. Romanos. Il se tient tous les 15 jours le mardi \u00e0 14h avec deux expos\u00e9s..<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le groupe de travail <a href=\"https:\/\/project.inria.fr\/gdtmathbio\/\">Math-Bio Sud-Est<\/a> qui tourne entre Lyon et Grenoble et Marseille et dont l\u2019organisateur principal \u00e0 l\u2019ICJ est Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Chardard. Ce GT se r\u00e9unit une fois par mois pour deux expos\u00e9s, avec trois journ\u00e9es communes par an plus importantes comportant 4 expos\u00e9s. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/indico.math.cnrs.fr\/category\/704\/\">Groupe de travail EYAWKAJKOS<\/a> associ\u00e9 au projet ERC (autour des flots de gradient Wasserstein) du m\u00eame nom qui se r\u00e9unit une ou deux fois par mois, en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral le mercredi matin.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le groupe de travail M\u00e9thodes num\u00e9riques pour les sciences et l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie qui se r\u00e9unit \u00e0 l\u2019INSA (auparavant commun INSA-Centrale), organis\u00e9 par A. Petrov, qui a une fr\u00e9quence moins r\u00e9guli\u00e8re.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le groupe de travaile MOD\u00e9lisation Math\u00e9matique et Aide \u00e0 la D\u00e9cision, coordonn\u00e9 par Y.
