Organization of scientific events
Events co-organized as part of the Groupe Calcul:
- CEMRACS 2025: a one week summer school followed by a five weeks hackathon. The theme of the 2025 edition is “Quantum Computing”.
- Mini-symposium CANUM 2024: a symposium about multi-precision and variable precision in computational codes.
- A serie of three webinars about using accelerators with Python:
- ANF Julia: a one week training on the Julia programming language.
- Mini-symposium Julia: a symposium about the Julia programming language organized during the Congrès SMAI 2021.
- Journées “Calcul et Apprentissage”: a two days event about machine learning and scientific computing.
Other events:
- CIMAV 2025: a one week conference on advanced water waves modelling.
- CEMRACS 2019: a one week summer school followed by a five weeks research session where small groups of young researchers work on project proposed by academic researchers or industrials. The theme of the 2019 edition was “Geophysical Fluids, Gravity Flows”.
